Kitchen: The open, high-quality brand-name fitted kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, etc…as well as numerous kitchen utensils in mint condition invite you to cook.
A 1.60 m dining table, which can be extended to 2.20 m, and 6 chairs are also located in the cosy kitchen-cum-living room.
Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a 2.50 m wide wardrobe, two nightstands and an LCD TV. The south-west-facing balcony can also be accessed from the bedroom.
Guest room: In the additional guest room or children’s room there are 2 single beds, each 0.90 m wide and 2 m long, a sideboard with LCD TV and a 2 m wide wardrobe.
Corridor: In the light-flooded hallway there is a large wardrobe with full-length mirror, shoe cupboard and sufficient storage space.
Bathroom: The exclusive bathroom offers a lot of pampering comfort through a bathtub, shower and modern comfortable bathroom equipment such as hairdryer, cosmetic mirror

Baby / toddler equipment: a cot (60 x 120 cm) with bed linen and an adjustable high chair are available on request.
Other: Car parking spaces are available in front of the house. A children’s travel cot and a children’s high chair can be provided on request. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Bicycles can be rented on request.
